Dr. Olga Yanovich, violinist, studied at the Moscow Gnessin Music Academy and at the St. Petersburg Conservatory with legendary violinists Boris Goldstein and Vladimir Spivakov. Olga Yanovich has performed extensively as a member of a quartet and as a soloist in Russia, as well as many European cities.
In the USA, she appeared in recitals and as a soloist with orchestras at Constitution Hall, Kennedy Center, Music Center at Strathmore, Warner Theater, The Smithsonian, Merkin Hall in New York.
Dr. Yanovich has coached violin/viola and chamber ensemble master classes in Russia, Finland, Italy, France, Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Germany, and at music festivals in the USA.
Her students have been accepted into major music schools such as Manhattan, Juilliard, Eastman, Boston Conservatory, San Francisco Conservatory, Royal College of Music in London, and the Moscow Conservatory. Many of her students also became winners of local and national competitions, as well as successful professional musicians.
